Hi!

My name is Scarlet and I’m an illustrator based in Oxfordshire. I graduated from Cambridge School of Art in July 2024 with a First Class Degree in BA Illustration.

I enjoy experimenting with colour, texture and composition, exploring different media such as gouache, screen printing, collage and ink. I love working lyrically; creating an atmosphere and illustrating a narrative. I enjoy working in multiple areas of illustration, including editorial, publishing and children’s book illustrations. Colour plays a huge role in my practice, I’m drawn to limited colour palettes and bold colour pairings.

Drawing and painting on location is the foundation of most of my work and I hope that shines through in my portfolio.
